Next month will be two years since we packed up and moved across the country. NorCal has been so, so good to us. We’ve experienced so much joy + growth as a family here. Personally, I’ve unplugged more than ever before; being at home full time with two wild & beautiful boys is no joke. I’ve stretched so much as a wife & mama & woman… but it’s a “hurt so good” kind of stretch- the kind that pulls you in the direction that you need to be going. I am grateful to be returning to our home town and our families and the land of bean burritos & sweet tea. I will miss this golden state and the hold she has on us, but I am so, so happy for all that was and all that will be.
